At RAR, we’re big on whole family experiences. Your kids 10+ will love doing Shakespeare (we promise!), and you can do this adventure with the whole family. Even the littles can follow along!

If all of your kids are under age 10, however, (or if you’re just more excited about the picture books 😍), you might find the Jan Brett Picture Book Showcase to be a better fit.You know your kids best. Just choose whichever you’re more excited about… and remember that you have access to both.

Nope! When you join, you’ll get access to both experiences. You can choose one—or do both—depending on what works best for your family this summer.

You don’t need any prior experience. Sarah will guide you and your kids step-by-step, helping you understand what’s happening and making it fun and accessible.

The RAR Summer Adventure is designed to be simple and flexible.

You can tackle Shakespeare in 4 weeks (one week after the other, or spread out over the summer with breaks in between—either works!), spending anywhere from 30-60 minutes a few times per week, depending on how much or how little you choose to do. 

You can tackle the Picture Book Showcase in 3 weeks (all at once or spread out over time), spending about 30-60 minutes a few times per week.

Yes! There are no strict start dates. You can begin whenever it works for your family—whether that’s the first week of summer or halfway through.

You can also pause and pick it back up anytime.

Very little. We’ve created this to be simple and frustration free. 

You’ll just need:

Some basic, easy-to-acquire supplies and ingredients for fun activities and recipes (optional)

A copy of the books (if you choose to do the Picture Book Showcase. Everything you need for Shakespeare is included as a printable resource.)

Most of our families do! We suggest you choose one track to do together (Sarah will help you decide which program is best for you in the first video). Of course, because you get access to both, you have the flexibility to make it work for your whole family.
