WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A CHARTER SCHOOL SUBSCRIPTION?
At checkout, you choose where to send the access code (please note: during the checkout process, it will called a “gift subscription” because it does not automatically renew).
The subscription does not start until the recipient activates it. Once activated, they will have instant access to everything RAR Premium right away and for the entire length of their subscription.
WILL THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?
No, subscriptions purchased through a charter school don’t renew automatically. You’ll only be charged once.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE TIME TO SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY A PREMIUM MEMBER?
Yes, you can. When a current Premium member receives their access code (sent after you make the purchase), they will be instructed to contact our support team, so we can add the additional subscription months to their current subscription.
WHAT IF THEY CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE LIVE ONLINE EVENTS?
Every live online event in RAR Premium is recorded and made available on-demand within a few days. If they’re unable to join us, they’ll be able to watch it at a time that works for their schedule.
WILL THEY GET ACCESS TO PREVIOUS EVENTS AND CLASSES?
Yes, all RAR Premium members get immediate access to the whole library of resources. They’re all available on-demand right out of the gate. See a list of what’s currently available here.
WHAT AGE IS RAR PREMIUM BEST FOR?
Our members have kids of all ages. The program is set up like a feast, so members can use whatever parts are best for their kids’ ages. We choose books for our Family Book Club that appeal to a wide range of ages because we believe that families connect when whole families share the read-aloud experience.
DO YOU OFFER CLOSED CAPTIONS FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED?
Indeed, we do! Every member video replay is available to view with closed captions.
