When is my order shipped?

We guarantee that we’ll ship within 3 business days of when an order is placed (but it’s usually even faster than that).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days after we ship. Orders containing 3+ mugs often take a bit longer because they are shipped USPS ground. You’ll want to check the tracking on your order to find out when your package will be delivered. You’ll find that tracking code in the email we sent you when we shipped your order. If you created an online account with us, you can also find it under orders on your account page.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Right now we only ship orders using USPS. Most packages are sent either Priority or First Class. Orders containing 3+ mugs ship via USPS ground.

How can I track my order?

You can track the shipment of your order by following the link in the email we sent you when we shipped your order. If you created an online account with us, you can also find your tracking number under orders on your account page.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. At this point in time, international customers may purchase digital items (i.e. access to the membership, author access replays, or master classes), but physical products (i.e. mugs and shirts) only ship within the U.S.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing/cancelling an order after it has been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

What’s your return/refund policy?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right. We offer full refunds (excluding actual shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Email [email protected] for help.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Sorry- we no longer accept Paypal.

How do I order something from the shop as a gift?

When ordering a gift, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information, but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We keep all prices and receipts out of every  package.

How do I get access to my digital products?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with links to what you have purchased. If you created an online account with us, you can get access to all digital products (and see order summaries for physical products, as well) under orders on your account page.

Do you have any current coupon codes?

Nope– we don’t do coupons. However, Read-Aloud Revival members always get 15% off in the shop (which is a great reason to become a member!)
